Resident Notice: Drainage Survey at Crescent House

Monday 22nd – Friday 26th September 2025

Please be advised that a drainage survey will be carried out at Crescent House from Monday 22 September to Friday 26 September. The work is being undertaken by a specialist drainage survey company and is expected to take approximately one week to complete.

During this period, there may be some temporary disruption around the building as survey teams carry out their work therefore, we appreciate your understanding for the duration of time the surveys will be undertaken.

Bike Store Access – Ground Floor (Adjacent to the Shakespeare Pub)

To assist with the survey, the drainage company has requested that the bike store located on the ground floor next to the Shakespeare pub be emptied of all bicycles for the duration of the week.

We kindly ask that all residents remove their bikes from this store by Sunday 21st September at the latest. This will help ensure the survey can be completed safely and without delay.

The City of London Corporation has commenced early contractor engagement for the Golden Lane Estate Investment Programme. 

A procurement notice has been published inviting suitably experienced contractors to an in-person introductory session in early July, where the project team will outline its proposed scope of works, programme and procurement strategy for the overall programme.
