Golden Lane Estate Investment Programme: Pre-market Contractor Engagement

The City of London Corporation has commenced early contractor engagement for the Golden Lane Estate Investment Programme. A procurement notice has been published inviting suitably experienced contractors to an in-person introductory session in early July, where the project team will outline its proposed scope of works, programme and procurement strategy for the overall programme.

This engagement aims to inform the development of the final procurement approach, with a full contract notice expected to be published in January 2026.

Please note that the introductory session is not a general resident consultation event and is a technical briefing session for contractors.
