Dear Crescent House Resident

Notice under Article 13 of Application for Planning Permission

I write enclosing a Notice under the above regulations to inform you of the submission of an application for detailed planning permission on behalf of the City of London.

The proposed description of development is as follows:

“Works to Crescent House (Grade II* Listed), Golden Lane Estate, EC1, to comprise fire safety works, building services works, external repairs and redecorations and other associated works”.

The application was submitted on the date of this letter, so it will not immediately be able to be viewed on the City of London’s website. It is likely that the Council will validate the application within the next two weeks, who will then write to you under separate cover to inform you of this, and to provide you with a planning application reference number and the date by which any comments should be received.

Please note that any comment you may wish to make on the planning application will need to be made direct to the City of London.
